Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16 when she gave up gymnastics. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she left off in previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the contest. Summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. This is not a surprise since she did so well considering the competition. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
